Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order or using this website. By accessing our store at esperanzajewelry.com or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use esperanzajewelry.com.
1. About Esperanza Jewelry
Esperanza Jewelry is an online retail store selling handmade jewelry and related products. Our store is hosted on Shopify. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Esperanza Jewelry. References to “you” and “your” mean the person accessing or using the store.
We currently sell and ship within the United States only. International visitors may browse the website, but we do not accept international orders or provide international shipping at this time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or make a purchase through our store. If you are under 18, you may use the store only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. Because our jewelry is handmade, minor variations in color, bead placement, cord, finish, and appearance are inherent to handmade goods and are not defects. Your piece may vary slightly from product images. Colors may also appear differently depending on your screen, device, and settings.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to limit or prohibit orders that appear, in our judgment, to be placed by resellers or distributors.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error is discovered after you place an order, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods available at checkout. By submitting your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions and do not store full payment card numbers. Your payment information is subject to the payment processor’s own terms and privacy policy.
5. Orders and Order Confirmation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Receipt of an order confirmation email does not mean that we have accepted your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.
If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
If you need to request a change or cancellation after placing an order, contact us immediately at contact@esperanzajewelry.com. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
6. Shipping
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. All return requests must comply with the requirements set forth in that policy.
8. Jewelry Care and Customer Responsibility
Our bracelets are delicate handmade jewelry made with silk cord, crystal beads, and gold-filled components. You are responsible for following all care instructions provided with your order or posted on our website.
To preserve your bracelet, keep it away from water, perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, oils, chemicals, excessive moisture, and rough handling.
Esperanza Jewelry is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions. Damage of this nature does not qualify for a return or refund except as expressly provided in our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Promotions
Esperanza Jewelry may occasionally offer limited promotions or special offers at its discretion. Any such promotion may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time unless prohibited by law.
Promotional offers cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases unless expressly stated. Any promotional code must be entered at checkout at the time of purchase and cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product images, and design elements, is the property of Esperanza Jewelry or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Esperanza Jewelry name, logo, and brand elements are proprietary marks. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any content from our website without our prior written permission.
11. User Submissions
If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, feedback, or other content to us, you grant Esperanza Jewelry a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, publish, edit, and share that content for business, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.
You represent that any content you submit is accurate, lawful, and does not violate the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove any submitted content at our discretion.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order.
